David M. Frank

Founding and managing attorney David M. Frank earned a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy, West Point, and a Master of International Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Washington D.C.

He served with distinction as an United States Army Infantry Platoon Leader in the Republic of Panama, a Special Forces Detachment Commander, and the United States Special Operations Liaison to the Republic of Honduras. He was decorated for his service overseas. Later, he served as an intelligence analyst at the Central Intelligence Agency where he wrote classified articles for the President, Vice President, National Security Council, and Cabinet Secretaries.

David and his family moved to Tallahassee in 1991 and he graduated with High Honors from Florida State University School of Law. David served as an Assistant Attorney General where he represented the Governor and other senior state officials in multi-million dollar class action lawsuits in state and federal courts.

Since entering the private practice of law, Attorney David Frank has focused on personal injury and has successfully represented hundreds of individuals injured due to negligence, assault, or abuse. Attorney David Frank has been the lead trial counsel for numerous jury trials in state and federal court. He has obtained settlements and verdicts in excess of a million dollars. David is an “AV” civil trial rated lawyer, the highest rating given by the preeminent national lawyer rating service, Martindale Hubbell, and recognized by Florida Trend magazine as one of Florida’s “Elite Lawyers.”
